FIP Bronze QNB Cup Tournaments Hosting Application Announcement

Under the coordination of the International Padel Federation (FIP), the Turkish Tennis Federation, and QNB Türkiye, applications will be accepted from padel clubs wishing to host the FIP Bronze QNB Cup tournaments planned to be held in Izmir on September 14–20, 2026, and in Antalya on October 19–25, 2026

Clubs wishing to serve as host venues must meet the following organizational requirements:

Allocation of courts for 1 day of practice, 2 days of qualifying, and 3 days of main draw matches within the tournament schedule,

Allocation of a minimum of 4 courts throughout the organization (1 practice court and 3 match courts),

Availability of locker rooms, Wi-Fi internet connection, and warm-up areas for athletes and the organizing team,

Designation of an Official Hotel, provision of special accommodation rates for athletes and officials, and special pricing for laundry services,

Appointment of a transfer contact coordinator by the club and sharing of their contact details to plan athlete and official transfers,

Provision of a Tournament Director to serve throughout the event,

Provision of sufficient water and ice for matches and practice sessions, taking into account the number of participants,

Engagement of a professional photographer to capture visual documentation of the event.

Applications, along with confirmation and information regarding the fulfillment of the specified conditions, must be sent to [email protected] by Friday, July 31, 2026, at 17:00.

Applications will be evaluated and finalized in accordance with organizational standards and technical qualification criteria.
