Procedures for 2025 License Applications and Renewals
In accordance with the "Athlete Licensing, Renewal and Transfer Regulation" published in the Official Gazette on 14 December 2019, and the "Turkish Tennis Federation Licensing, Renewal and Transfer Directive" effective as of 14 July 2020, all procedures are to be carried out by the Provincial/District Directorates of Youth and Sports. As of 2022, all players are required to complete their license renewal procedures through the Provincial/District Directorates. Performance and Masters players who wish to obtain a new license or renew an existing one must apply in person or through an authorized club representative to the Provincial/District Directorate of Youth and Sports with the documents listed below. They will receive their license cards and use them to apply for tournaments via the i-kort system.

The Social Science Research Grant Program, launched as part of the 2020–2024 Social Science Research Strategy supporting the World Anti-Doping Agency’s (WADA) 2020–2024 Strategic Plan, will continue in 2024. Applications for the 2024 grant program have been announced through the WADA grants platform and shared with stakeholders via email.
